DM @Queensland Interactive in Discord. Include all relevant information and proof. Inactive tickets past 24 hours may be closed.
Proof is required. Include screenshots, links, or other evidence so staff can help quickly.
Ticket guidelines
- Keep one issue per ticket.
- Respect staff and members.
- Do not spam, repeatedly ping, or abuse tickets.
- Do not open tickets for answered FAQs, ETAs, casual chat, ranking, teaming, or in-game requests.
- Protect your privacy and do not share personal information.
- Do not beg for applications to be opened or reviewed.
- Staff may resolve, close, or refuse tickets and issue ticket blacklists.
