Understanding Ban Types

We have different types of bans depending on the severity of the violation. Here's what each ban type means:

Warning

First offense for minor violations. No actual ban, but recorded in your history. Three warnings may result in a temporary ban.

Temporary Ban

7-90 days depending on severity. Issued for rule violations, exploiting, or inappropriate behavior. You can return after the duration expires.

Permanent Ban

Indefinite removal from the community. Reserved for severe violations like hacking, doxxing, harassment campaigns, or repeated offenses.

Under Review

An appeal has been submitted and is being reviewed by senior staff. The original ban remains in effect during review.

Important Notes

  • Weekend/Holiday Delays: Appeals submitted on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.
  • Rush Appeals: For urgent matters (e.g., wrongful bans), mention it in your ticket. We prioritize these.
  • Multiple Appeals: Submitting multiple appeals for the same ban will delay the process.
  • Complex Cases: Bans involving multiple violations or serious offenses may take up to 10 days to review thoroughly.
  • Permanent Ban Appeals: These receive extra scrutiny and typically take the full 7 days or longer.
