2. Roblox Game Terms

2.3 Game Content

All game content, including but not limited to scripts, models, designs, and intellectual property, is owned by Queensland Interactive. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

2.4 Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items, currency, or rewards obtained in-game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We are not responsible for lost or stolen virtual items.

3. Website Terms

3.1 Website Use

Our website (qldinter.com or associated domains) is provided for informational and community purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the website's operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content without permission
• Post malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate staff members or other users

3.2 User Content

If you submit content to our website (comments, forms, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Discord Server Terms

4.1 Server Rules

Our Discord server is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as our own rules:

• Be respectful to all members and staff
• No spam, excessive pings, or self-promotion without permission
• Keep content appropriate for all ages (PG-13)
• No doxxing, leaking personal information, or invasion of privacy
• Follow channel-specific guidelines
• No advertising other Discord servers or communities without approval
• Listen to moderators and staff instructions

4.2 Moderation

Our staff reserves the right to moderate content, issue warnings, timeout, kick, or ban users who violate server rules. Decisions are made at staff discretion.

4.3 Roles and Permissions

Discord roles are granted based on game participation, activity, or staff positions. Roles can be modified or removed at any time.

5. Staff and Moderation

5.1 Staff Authority

Queensland Interactive staff members have authority to enforce rules across all our platforms. Staff decisions should be respected, though you may appeal decisions through appropriate channels.

5.2 Staff Conduct

Staff members are held to high standards of conduct. If you believe a staff member has acted inappropriately, please report it to senior administration through our official channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Queensland Interactive, including logos, graphics, game assets, website design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Fair use for community content (screenshots, gameplay videos) is permitted with proper attribution.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
